These Terms govern your use of Skinalyze (“the Service”), operated by Your Company LLC, 1234 Example St, City, ST 00000, USA (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Not medical advice
The Service provides cosmetic, informational skin insights generated by artificial intelligence. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for a dermatologist or other healthcare professional. Results can be affected by lighting, camera and angle and may be inaccurate. Always patch-test new products and stop using anything that causes irritation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Introductory offers (such as a $1 seven-day trial) convert to the regular plan price at the end of the intro period unless cancelled before it ends. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal. You can cancel anytime from your Account page (“Manage or cancel subscription”); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your photos or use them to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Only upload photos of yourself. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer or overload the Service.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Your Company LLC is registered, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
